Flap Disc Production
In April 2024, we launched our own production of flap discs. This step responds to the growing demand for high-quality abrasive products and expands our manufacturing portfolio.
In autumn 2025, we took production to the next level – thanks to a new fully automated machine, we increased capacity, efficiency, and process stability.

Our production equipment uses the latest technologies, ensuring maximum precision and quality. The new discs provide high performance, long service life, and reliability even under demanding conditions.

BRUSIVO flap discs are widely used in metalworking, automotive, construction, and final finishing of wooden products. They are designed to handle a broad range of applications – from coarse grinding to final surface finishing.

Production Capacity
We can produce nearly 2 million flap discs per year with diameters up to 180 mm and various types of abrasive flaps. Production is tailored to customer specifications – from material and shape to grit size.
How Production Works
A high-quality backing is coated with a special hot-melt adhesive.
A robot precisely applies the abrasive flaps according to specified parameters.
The disc is centered, calibrated, and cured in an oven to achieve strength and durability.
Finally, the disc is printed, quality-checked, and shipped to the customer.
